
At Willow Woolf – Food & Body Trust, I support adults experiencing disordered eating, often alongside Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, or hormonal imbalance. My work helps you rebuild body trust and make peace with food.
My own journey through eating disorders, emotional disconnection, and years of searching for surface-level solutions taught me that healing isn’t about more willpower — it’s about safety. Nervous system regulation. And learning how to listen, rather than punish, your body.
I hold an MSc in Nutrition & Behaviour and a BSc in Clinical Herbal Medicine, and draw on an integrative toolkit that includes:
– Trauma-informed coaching
– CBT-based tools from the Eating Freely™ Program
– Nutrition, Ayurveda, and herbal medicine
My 1:1 sessions offer a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to shift long-standing patterns at the root. We look beyond food to explore emotional triggers, unmet needs, and inner narratives — so you can feel safe, nourished, and free in your body.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person in Dorset. I’d be honoured to support you.
