This meditation is called ‘Attuned Eating’. This meditation helps your brain absorb and understand the new, non-dieting or restrictive way of eating that nourishes instead of punishes your body, and ultimately yourself.
This meditation has a bit more information and learning in it than the others, so you may find it beneficial to listen to it during the day and sitting upright, rather than at night before bedtime. Try setting an alarm in your phone for a time when you know you have 20 minutes to spare, and remind yourself to listen regularly. The more you can use the meditations, the better.
If you are listening to this Attuned Eating meditation during the day, you can still continue to listen to the Confidence to Change meditation at night before bed.
If you are using a mobile phone or tablet you should be able to download the meditation directly to your device so you can access it whenever you wish.
If you are using a laptop or PC for your program, you can download the meditation and email it to yourself. Then just open that email on your phone or device and download it from there.
